A down-draft ventilation system was used to avoid a large vent hood in the ceiling, while a pull-out garbage and a tall pull-out shelf unit keep everything neat and tidy. A Hutch/TV area was also added to the space, and the stacked crown moulding in the stained and glazed cherry adds a rich detail to the kitchen.
